This delicious low-calorie side dish compliments any main course with it's silky texture and sweet finish. This delicious low-calorie side dish compliments any main course with it's silky texture and sweet finish.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    brussel sprouts, fresh
    olive oil
    kosher salt
    cayenne pepper

Directions

Cut each sprout in half length-wise. Put in bowl. Add olive oil, and toss. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and cayenne pepper. Toss. Place cut-side down on greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
