Ingredients

    16 oz Mary's Air Cooled Chicken Breast, pounded
    Trader Joe's Chopped Organic Spinach, 200 gram(s)
    Garlic, 20 cloves chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year, 5 small diced
    1 Scotch Bonnet, chopped

Tips

Directions

Chop veggies and combine with cheese and sour cream. Pound chicken thin, fill breasts with veggies, roll up, top with jalapeno slices and wrap bacon around, about 2 slice per unit. Bake 375 for 35 minutes, heat oven to broil while draining bacon grease, broil 5-10 min more to crisp bacon.
