Ingredients

4 slices whole wheat bread
3 large eggs
6 oz. squash baby food
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
Tips
My family likes cinnamon. You may want to reduce the amount of cinnamon.
Directions
Prehead waffle iron.
Beat eggs, squash, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl.
Submerge a slice of bread in the egg mixture. Flip the bread over and submerge again, if not completely covered. Do not soak the bread.
Spray iron surfaces with Pam (not included in nutrition info.).
Place egg dipped bread on the waffle iron. Close and cook for 2 minutes.
Repeat for remaining slices of bread.
Serve hot or reheat in the toaster.
