Ingredients

    6 eggs
    6 egg whites
    1/2 C shredded mozzerella cheese
    1/2 C chopped scallions
    2 C southern style hashbrowns
    2.5 C Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles

Directions

mix all ingredients, coat muffin tin with cooking spray, using 1/4 C measuring cup, scoop mixture into muffin tin. Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes, or until set to likeness.
