Introduction

I tried this the other morning and my kids even loved it! I tried this the other morning and my kids even loved it!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    about 1.5 cups Silk Fruit & Protein Juice (Strawberry Banana flavor)
    1 CARBmaster Yogurt (I've used Strawberry Banana & Starwberry Colada)
    Ice Cubes
    1/2 c Strawberries
    1 Banana

Tips

You can easily make more or less of this by using more/less juice, ice and berries.


Directions

Place 3-5 ice cubes in blender then pour in juice, and yogurt. Clean and decap strawberries then place in blender. Lastly peel banana and break into pieces and drop into blender. Cover with lid and blend until smooth and ice is in small bits. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes enough for about 3 smoothies
