    2-8 oz pkgs lower fat neufchatel cream cheese softened
    1-4 oz pkg sweet baking chocolate, melted
    c sugar
    1 c chocolate wafer crumbs
    t vanilla
    c butter, melted
    2 eggs


You can also use 1 (9 x 2-inch) deep dish pie or 2 (8-inch) pie pan


Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with a mixer at medium speed. Add eggs. Mix until blended. Remove 2 c batter and mix remaining batter with melted chocolate. Line an 8 square with foil. Mix crumbs with butter and press into bottom of pans. Pour Chocolate batter over crumb crust. Top with white batter. Run a knife up and down pan to create zebra stripes. Bake until center is almost set, about 40 min. Freeze for 45 minutes or chill in refrigerator for 3 hours or more.
