Ingredients

    Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt (or celery salt)
    2 bay leaves, whole
    1 tbsp paprika
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash

1 can tomato juice or sauce (15 ounces)
    2 cups water

( 1 stalk celery, chopped if desired)

Tips

It is ready when the carrots, potato and meat are tender but the longer you cook it (let's say, all the time you are at work or school), the better.
