Introduction
I wanted a smoothie that had whole grains as well as fruit. So this one has two servings of fruit and a serving of whole grain! :) I wanted a smoothie that had whole grains as well as fruit. So this one has two servings of fruit and a serving of whole grain! :)Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1/4 cup Brown Flax Seed
5 large strawberries, sliced
1 medium banana, sliced
1/3 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla bean
1/4 cup water (you can add milk for additional creaminess, but this also adds calories)
Directions
Put the flax seed into the blender first until it is of desired consistency. Add strawberries, banana, yogurt and water. Blend until desired consistency.
*Instead of water, you can add milk to add creaminess, however remember to adjust the nutritional numbers accordingly.
