Ingredients

    1 CUP DANNON OIKOS PLAIN NONFAT GREEK YOGURT
    1 PACKET HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH (DRESSING NOT DIP)
    1/2 CUP 1% MILK


Tips

I ALSO ADDED 1/4 CUP OF FINELY DICED CUCUMBER :)


Directions

MIX EVERYTHING IN A MASON JAR AND SHAKE AND PUT IN FRIDGE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS..
