Onions, raw, 1 large
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
*Breadcrumbs (Progress o/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g), 1 serving
*Egg Beaters Egg Substitute (1/4 cup = 1 large egg), 0.25 cup
*Beef Broth Made from Low Sodium Beef Base 1 cup, 1 serving
*Worcester sauce, 2 tsp
*Figaro Hickory Liquid Smoke (1 tbsp), 1 serving
**tomato paste, great value, 2 tbsp
*Flour - Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour - 1/4 Cup (30g), 4 tbsp
Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
Idahoan Baby Red Mash Potato's, 0.5 cup

Directions
Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg beater, 1/2 of chopped onion and liquid smoke in a bowl and mix with hands. Form into 5 oval patties (about 4oz each) then brown patties in a pan on both sides and set aside.
In another pan saute onions and mushrooms for 2min. return patties to skillet with onions and mushrooms.
In a small bowl blend four, beef broth, Worcester sauce, remaining onions, tomato paste and warm water.
Pour over mushrooms and patties in skillet and cook for 5-10 min.
Make potatoes as package states.
serve 1/2 cup potatoes on bottom and top with patty and gravy, service with a fresh vegetable.
