Introduction

I modified one of the SP recipes to include whole wheat flour instead of white flour for this recipe. In addition, these recipe calculations are for my particular recipe not SP's recipe. I modified one of the SP recipes to include whole wheat flour instead of white flour for this recipe. In addition, these recipe calculations are for my particular recipe not SP's recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups frozen spinach
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup liquid egg whites
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/3 cup non fat dry milk
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    Garlic to taste
    Cayenne Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop onion and saute with spinach in pan
Whisk eggs, flour and milk in medium bowl
Mix spinach mixture with egg mixture
Top with sprinkled feta cheese
Bake in pie pan for 30 minutes until firm

Serving Size: 6 servings
