Ingredients

    1/2 cup quick cooking plain oatmeal
    1 egg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 Delicious apple , grated

Tips

Top with mashed bananas for a real treat.


Directions

Beat egg, mix in oats, cinnamon, vanilla and grated apple. Blend well. Using a spoon, divide into four pancakes and drop on skillet spayed with oil spray.
