Ingredients

    3 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    4 Eggs, Large
    20 oz Old World Style Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
    4 tsp Onion Powder
    3 tsp Dried Oregano
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    6 oz Trader Joe's lite shredded mozzarella

Directions

1. In large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, eggs, 3/4 cups of marinara sauce, onion flakes, dried oregano, salt and black pepper.

2. Form into two 8x4 inch loaves and bake at 350 degrees farenheit in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes.

3. Spoon 3/4 cup of marinara over the top and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Cover top of meatloaf with cheese and bake 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings (24 pieces)
