Ingredients

*Broccoli rabe, 16 oz
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
*Sweet Italian sausage,2 links
Grapes, 3 cup, seedless
*Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
*red onion, 1 cup
Minced Garlic, 4 tsp
White Wine, 4 fl oz or water
Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz
Directions
Cook broccoli in boiling water 1 1/2 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Place in large bowl; set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 1T olive oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add sausage that you have removed from casings; cook for 6 minutes or until browned. Add grapes, 1/8 t. each salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until grapes begin to soften. Add sausage mixture to broccoli in bowl.
Return pan to medium-high heat. Add remaining oil to pan and swirl as above. Add onion and cook 2 minutes until soft. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add wine or water; cook 2 minutes until liquid almost evaporates. Add remaining salt, pepper, sausage mixture and vinegar. Toss to combine; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
