    Raw potatoes, sliced
    Raw onions, sliced
    raw carrots, sliced
    1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
    1 can peas (or frozen)
    sausage or 1 pound of hamburger, cooked
    1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 cup water


In a casserole dish place potatoes, onions, carrots, peas (including liquid), uncooked rice, and sausage. Top with diluted soup. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

Serving Size: makes approximately 1.5 cup servings
