Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1. Mushrroms, 4 cups, sliced thin
    2. 2 Tbl ghee or lard or bacon fat
    3. 2 Tbl rosemary
    4. 1 cup finely chopped onion or leek or shallot or green garlic or scallion
    5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
    6. 1 lb ground beef (grass fed)
    7 .optional hot pepper oil
    8. optional cinnamon
    9. lettuce leaves

Directions

1. Saute mushrooms, spices and herbs
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
3. drain excess oil and juices
4. fill lettuce cups w 2 Tbl of mixture each
5. Sprinkle with hot pepper oil and cinnamon
