    Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup
    Chia seed, 0.25 cup
    *Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cooked(1/4 dry), 2 serving
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Celery, cooked, .25 cup, diced
    Carrots, cooked, 0.25 cup slices
    Cabbage, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    *Ground tumeric, .25 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tbsp
    *cinnimon, ground, .5 tsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup


boil broth, quinao, chia and rice for 5 minutle then remove from the heat covered. Stir in spices.
Saute veggies in oil
mix with quinao chia and rice

Serving Size: serves 4

  • Very good though did have to substitute Uncle Ben's for the Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice as couldn't find that brand. Next time will double as it is 4 small servings. - 1/24/18
