    1 Betty Crocker Fudge Cake Mix
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 cup water


Original recipe only called for yogurt and cake mix, but it was too dry, so I added a cup of water. Very moist and yummy!


Mix three ingredients together and drop by heaping spoonful into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until muffin springs back when touched.

Serving Size: makes 12 cupcakes
