Introduction

1/2 turkey, 1/2 ground lean chuck...good stuff!

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs lean ground chuck
    1.25 lbs 99% lean gound turkey
    1 can red kidney beans drained & rinsed
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp bbq seasoning
    1 tbsp salt free cavendars
    2 tbsp minced garlic in water
    .75 cup regular oats
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1-1.5 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped red bell peppers
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Directions

Mix all ingredients well with hands, shape into two loaves, sprinkle additional BBQ seasoning over top & bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cut each loaf into 8 equal pieces.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings.
