Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 box Barilla Plus Penne Pasta - cooked
1 can Artichokes 5-7 large - chopped
5 pieces of Sundried tomatoes- finely diced
1/2 jar of Fire Roasted Red Peppers - Chopped
1 jar of Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo
1/4 cup 1% Milk
2 boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Tbls Olive Oil
3 tsp of Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tips
* use the milk to clean out the alfredo jar to get the last of the yummy sauce out.
* use season salt instead of table salt to season chicken breasts for extra flavor.
* sprinkle the pasta mix with shaved parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Season Chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic power, and 1 tbls of olive oil. Cook on grill, about 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Take off grill and let chicken rest for 5 min and then chop chicken up.
2. Add the rest of the olive oil to a med high temp saute pan. Add the artichokes, tomatoes, and peppers. Cook them for a couple of min. Pour in alfredo sauce and milk. Bring to boil, then turn down temp and hold at a simmer for about 5 min.
3. Mix the sauce, chicken and pasta. Let mixture sit for about 5 min to let the pasta soak up the sauce.
