Ingredients

    1/2 C Coconut Milk (organic is best)
    1/2 C Coffee Cream
    1/2 C Plain Yogurt (Greek is best)
    1/4 C Berries (Blue, Black, Straw) (Fresh or Frozen)
    1/2 C Hemp Pro Fibre (Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods)
    1 Tblsp Ground Flaxseeds
    1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
    1 Tblsp Splenda (optional)
    Ice cubes

Tips

May add additional liquid if too thick to drink.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a Blender/Food Processor and blend until smooth.
