Ingredients

    12 oz pork cubed
    12 oz frozen peppers and onion blend
    2 cups mushroom rice
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 tsp chicken soup base
    1 tbl soy sauce
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    12 oz. canned of mushrooms drained

Directions

Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, soup base together in a ziploc bag. Add the pork and shake it up. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. In a hot skillet brown the pork. When the meat is almost done add the marinate and the vegetables and finish cooking. Mix in the rice and allow to sit for a few minutes.
