    2 c flour
    1/2 t salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 t salt
    2 t baking powder
    1 T powdered sugar
    1 3/4 c milk


Mix all ingredients together
Heat a nonstick fry pan or griddle over medium heat and drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto pan. Turn when bubbles cover the surface and bottom is golden brown. Remove from pan when golden on both sides.
Top with your favorite topping.
Freeze leftovers. Place in toaster to reheat.

    This is a good recipe, but there is no vanilla. Instead of adding another 1 t salt I put vanilla in its place. - 2/4/09
