Ingredients

    4 C chopped romaine
    1 C fresh baby spinach
    1/2 C carrots, diced
    1/2 C celery, diced
    1/2 C broccoli, chopped
    1/4 C red pepper, diced
    1/4 C fresh mushroom, diced
    1/2 C alfalfa sprout
    1/4 C cucumber, diced
    1/2 C snap peas, chopped
    1 Apple, diced

    Chop all vegetables, combine in big bowl or tupperware container with tight fitting lid, use tongs to toss.

Tips

Top with toasted slivered almonds, a handful of trail mix, a few fresh sliced strawberries, and a couple of halved grapes for a fresh and delicious spring salad.
