Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    about 10 blueberries
    about 5 blackberries
    about 6 raspberries
1 tbsp brown rice protein powder (Vegan)
1 cup Greek style Lifeway Kefir (gluten free and 99% lactose free)
a splash of chocolate almond milk
    0.5 cup Odwalla Superfood juice

Tips

I don't measure out exact amounts of ingredients, but just estimate them.

It works best if the brown rice protein powder is added in the middle so that it will mix in better.

I use frozen berries because they're cheaper, easier to store, and make the smoothie chilled.

Directions

Put everything into a Hamilton Beach single serve to-go cup blender and blend well.
