Introduction

A yummy, easy, healthy, saucy chili/soup. A yummy, easy, healthy, saucy chili/soup.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups dried beans of your choice. (We use, pinto, black, kidney and black eyed) soaked over night in water and drained.

    8 Cups Water

    1 Cup fresh tomatoes, par-boiled, skinned, and pureed. Or use canned tomato sauce. We like the fresh ones best!

    1 cup carrots diced

    1 half red onion, chopped.

    1 Tbs. Salt

    1/8th Tsp. Cayenne pepper

    1 tsp chili powder


Directions

Put all ingrediants into a pot or slow cooker and let boil on low all day. Enjoy for days!
