Ingredients


    57 Gram(s) 2 ounces butter
    1 Tablespoon_m(s) (any oil you like) olive oil
    5 egg
    8 Tablespoon_m(s) 1/2 cup of splenda
    32 Tablespoon_m(s) 2 cups of ground linseeds or Flax Seeds
    1 Tablespoon_m(s) cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon_m(s) baking powder
    1 Teaspoon_m(s) baking soda
    1 Teaspoon_m(s) vanilla extract


Tips

If on Atkins induction phase only eat 2 tbsps worth of ground flaxseed per day. This means that this should be divided into 16 serving eating only one serving per day. Should help with constipation also. Drink tons of water.


Directions

Directions:
Cream the butter, oil, eggs and splenda.


Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.


Put into oiled/buttered loaf tin


Bake at 170 C / 340 F for about 35 minutes
