Ingredients

    Bush's Black Beans - 1 Can
    Whole Wheat Tortilla - 8 8" Tortilla's
    1lb of lean Ground Beef
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix 4 tsp (Low Sodium)
    Cheddar or Colby Chees - 2 cups Low Fat
    Sour Cream, reduced fat 3 tbsp
    La Victoria Salsa - Medium or Hot 4 tbsp

Directions

8 X 13 Glass Pan
Cook Hamburger then add Taco Seasoning
Drain Black Beans & Rince
Add Beans to Hamburger
Place 4 Tortilla's (overlapping) on bottom of Pan
Spread half of Hamburger & Beans ontop of Tortilla's
Put 1/2 of Sour Cream, Cheese & Salsa ontop of mixture and then repeat with Tortilla's, Hamburger/Bean mixture then Sour Cream, Salsa and Top with Cheese - Bake for 30 Minutes at 350". Makes 8 1cup Servings.
