Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 tsp low sodium taco seasoning
    12 oz. diced chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken low fat & sodium soup
    1 cup thick & chunky salsa
    2 cup 10 minute brown rice
    1.5 cup water
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream

Directions

measure rice into slow cooker
add diced chicken
Mix water, taco seasoning, salsa, and cream soup together pour over the top of rice and chicken
cook on high for about 4 hours
before serving mix in sour cream
NOTE: I used medium salsa but you can use hot or mild also
makes 6.5 servings
