Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 8 oz
    Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 3 serving
    broth from cooking the ramen noodles, reserve about 7 tablespoons.
    *Mandarin Sauce - Panda Express (1.5 oz), 3 serving
    *Carrot, fresh (1 medium), 1 serving
    *Broccoli Slaw, 4 oz
    Water chestnuts, 3 waterchestnuts
    *celery cabbage, 3 serving
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *fresh onion, 0.125 cup
    *green onion (fresh), 0.125 cup

Directions

slice pork and vegetables to to desired consistency. boil water. once water is bubbling cook ramen noodle pucks for 2 min per puck. drain, but reserve some broth, and put to the side. in hot pan put in the olive oil and swish around to coat the surface. add pork, and let it brown.then add about 3 tablespoons of the ramen broth. then add carrots, then broccoli slaw. let cook for about a minute or so. scrape to one side of the pan. add onions and garlic, cook until translucent stage. throw in celery cabbage on top. let cook another minute, with a lid on. then add ramen noodles and about another 4 tablespoons of ramen broth. let cook for 2-3 minutes. then add in water chestnuts, and mandarin sauce. stir everything well. let cook another 2 minutes, constantly stirring. then plate and serve.
