Ingredients

    3-Pork center loin chops bone-in,(approx.3 oz. per portion)
    Water, tap1/3 cup
    Soy Sauce 1/3 cup
    Canola Oil1/4 cup
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice1 tbsp.
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced

Directions

Prep time does not include marinating time.The longer they marinate the better they are!!
Mix all together place pork chops in marinade(use a ziplock bag and freeze if you want when you want them for supper take out of frezzer and they will amrinate while defrosting) and let sit in fridge.
Remove place on med. high grill grill approx 5 min per side depending on how thick they are.
let sit 5-10 min. before serving.
This also works well for any other cut of pork,like steak, tenderloin or center cut boneless chops.

    I made these a few weeks ago and my spouse, who is really tired of pork, loved them! I'm making them for dinner again tonight - marinating now. I like that it's made with ingredients that I usually have in the house. - 2/6/10

    Sorry, but didn't care for this at all. I cannot believe this recipe calls for 2 Tbs of pepper. I used only 1 tsp and it was still WAY too much. I did reduce the amount of oil some to reduce calories. It was also pretty salty tasting, even though we used lite, low-sodium soy sauce. - 8/19/11
