Number of Servings: 2


    1 medium white onion
    1/2 pack shake n bake
    egg substitute about 3 tbsp and 3 tbsp water


Perfect side dish to Turkey burger or Shake n bake fish, try my recipes!!


Cut onion into 1/4 inch rings, in one bowl add shake n bake and in another right next to it add egg. one by one add a ring into the egg and shake off excess, add to shake n bake and coat all of the ring add to a non stick cooking sheet or spray a regular pan with non stick spray. bake in oven for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown
