Ingredients

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
2 cups Barilla extraa fiber penne pasta
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 container Philadelphia cooking cream
1 Can mushrooms
3 strips bacon (optional)
Directions
Prep
1. Chop onions and garlic
2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
3. Chop broccoli
Cook
1. Cook pasta per box directions
2. Steam broccoli for 5 mintues; cook bacon until desired cripsness to crumble at the end.
3. In cast iron skillet, heat 1 tbsp EVOO. Add garlic and onions, saute for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add chicken
5. Cook until chicken is done. Drain liquid, leaving 1 cup in.
6. Add broccoli, mushrooms and pasta. Stir
7. Add Cooking cream, stir until mix. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionly.
8. Serve in bowl, top with bacon.
