Ingredients

One ripe avocado, cubed
One large, ripe juicy orange, cut into small pieces (with pith removed), make sure to keep all of the juice!
a big handful of fresh cilantro, chopped up
5-6 mint leaves, chopped up
3/4 to 1 cup cooled, cooked bulgar wheat (add more or less to taste)
mix all of them together and voila!
squeeze a bit of lime juice or orange juice on top if it's dry (or add less bulgar wheat)
