Ingredients

    1/4 cup brown sugar splenda
    4 tablespoons applesauce or no sugar apple butter
    6oz low fat low sugar blueberry yogurt
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup summer squash puree
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 cup whole grain flour
    1 cup oats
    1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix all "wet ingredients" in a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients. Split into the 12 muffin cups.

cook 350 degrees for 13 to 16 minutes.
