Ingredients

    Drain chicken and place in a medium bowl. Chop the apples and celery(about 1 stalk), and quarter the grapes (we like red seedless). Add to the chicken and mix if desired. Add 1/2 cup of light mayo, and mix. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Enjoy!

Tips

I like sliced almonds in mine, but hubby doesn't, so I add them to mine later. Walnuts and pecans are also yummy in this!
