    Cabbage, 1 head, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole, chopped
    White onion 1 medium, finely diced
    Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, .5 cup
    Red wine Vinegar, .5 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Better if allowed to sit over night for flavors to meld.
