Ingredients

    1 cup macaroni
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 12 oz. can V-8 juice
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    Parmesan cheese(optional)

Directions

Cook macaroni.
Saute onion.
Brown beef.
Combine all ingredients. Simmer for ten minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
