Introduction

I would have never tried this jsut hearing that it's made in the Microwave but it's PERFECT for those mornign I'm running out the door because it only takes about 2 minutes from start to finish! Ingredients

    1 Egg
    Pinch of Shredded Cheese
    1 Slice of Lunchmeat (Ham tastes best)
    About 3 Broccoli Florets Chopped

Directions

Get a small one serving baking dish. Place the cut up lunch meat in bottom, then the chopped broccoli, then add the egg. Place in microwave 1 minute. Stir ingredients Mic again for 15 seconds, stir, Mic again 15 seconds. Egg should be fully cooked if not, repeat. Sprinkle small amount of shredded cheese and voila! I use this in the mornings to have a break from cereal if I'm in a hurry headed to work!
