    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    *Boullion, Beef 6 cubes
    *Green onion 8 chopped
    *1 Med. Green Bell Pepper chopped
    *McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 packet
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    *instant white rice 0.5 cup uncooked per
    3 cup Hot water

Tips

to make as a true vegetarian dish replace beef boullion with vegtable.


Directions

Empty all cans in large pot. Bring to boil, simmer 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
