Ingredients
-
1 large grapefruit
1/4 cup firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the broiler and make sure the rack is about 4 - 6 inches away from the heat.
Cut the grapefruit in half and remove a small amount from the bottom to keep the grapefruit from tipping.
Separate the grapefruit from the peel using a sharp knife and then separate the segments from their shells, but keep the fruit in the rind. Place the grapefruit in a baking dish.
Mix the dry ingredients with the butter until moist, and then press the mixture onto the grapefruit halves with your fingers.
Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until the topping begins to get bubbly all over.
For best results, serve immediately.
