Introduction

I make this and divided it into three portions. I make this and divided it into three portions.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup mixed frozen berries
    1/2 cup frozen peaches
    1 med banana frozen
    2 cups nut or soy milk
    The above mixture is divided and saved in the freezer.

    When ready to make, take a portion and add the following...

    3 scoops Raw Protein (Garden of Life)
    1 cup almond milk

Tips

I freeze the two left over portions, and take one out and add the protein powder and the almond milk.


Directions

I blend the berries, peaches, banana, and soy milk in the vitamix and divide into 3 portions.
When I make a breakfast smoothie I take a portion and add 1 scoop of "Raw Protein" by Garden of Life and enough soy or nut milk to blend.
