Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) 2 cup
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Coleslaw,(repollo), 0.5 cup
    *recao, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Sofrito 1 tbsp
    *Adobo, 1 tsp (al gusto)
    red pepper flakes (pinch) optional

Tips

if you like spicy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the ingredients during cooking


Directions

In the water Cook all the vegetables together with seasoning for half an hour. Turn off and allow it to cool and then use a blender or food processor.
