Ingredients

    22 oz. cooked chicken thighs, deboned and skinned (approx. 9 thighs)
    6 jumbo eggs, hard boiled and diced
    2T. Dill Pickle Relish
    1 C. Miracle Whip
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil the chicken thighs until done. Remove skin and bone. Chop up the meat. Add remaining ingredients.
