Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece
Onion powder, 2 tsp
Allspice, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 1 serving
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Diced Chilies, 4 serving
Garlic, 4 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Tips
Prior to serving, break up pork into medium small chunks.
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder, Allspice, black pepper, ground cumin seed, chili powder, cinnamon, and a bit of oregano.
Drain and add (in this order, around the pork) kidney beans, black beans and white beans.
Add minced garlic.
Add tomatoes.
Add chicken broth.
Cover and set on High.
