Ingredients

    250ml Orley Whip Dessert Topping
    5ml peppermint essence/extract
    360g Nestle Caramel treat
    80g Cadbury Bournville Mint Chocolate (grated)

    1 pkt tennis biscuits

    1 Nestle peppermint crisp

Directions

Beat the Orley whip until it is stiff. Add the peppermint essence, grated chocolate and the caramel treat and beat well.

in a rectangle container place a layer of tennis biscuits along the bottom.
Alternate the Orley Whip mixture over the biscuits (1 layer biscuits 1 layer Orley Whip mixture).

Refridgerate for 3+ hours. Serve cold.
