    Very Good
This recipe is is simple and uses items you generally have on hand. Very quick to make also. I didn't have any celery so i used squash instead and didn't hurt the flavor a bit. I was in a hurry and so only baked it in the oven for about 10-15minutes. Don't think it affected the outcome at all. - 7/16/14
