Introduction

This is a twist on a thai dish I saw that included fish. This is a twist on a thai dish I saw that included fish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Pork Chops
    *Chili Sauce - Hot, Tuong Ot Sriracha, 3 tsp
    *Vinegar (average all vinegar from Calorie King), 2 tsp
    *Kikkoman - Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Lime, Juice, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

This dish serves 4, however you can cut up the Pork Chops and get at least 6 servings.


Directions

Marinade
Combine Sricacha, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice in ziploc bag. Add pork chops. Sit in marinade for at least 2 hours.

1. Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Add olive oil and allow to heat for few seconds
3. Add Pork Chops, depending on thickness, cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Remove Pork Chops from pan and put on plate, cover tight with foil (the pork chops will continue to cook)
5. In the same skillet, lower the heat.
6. Add chopped garlic, scallions and marinade. Make sure to scrap the bits of goodness at the bottom. Allow mixture to come to a boil (to remove any bacteria). Stirring occasionally. Add water when mixture begin stick.
7. Add Pork Chops to sauce and allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes.
8. Serve with sticky rice and your favorite veggie.

    Incredible!
    One of the BEST things I've eaten all year! Great flavors and just enough heat. I used seasoned rice vinegar for the recipe and this turned out fantastic! - 7/6/14
