Ingredients

    *Mission whole wheat tortillas, 3
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Feta Cheese, .2 cup, crumbled
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup

Directions

chop cucumber and carrots into fine dice. mix with drained tuna, mayonaise, salt, and pepper. spread onto tortillas, then top with feta and spinach. roll and serve.

Serving Size: makes 3 wraps
