These yummy fries are a great alternative to fast food fries, and taste even better! These yummy fries are a great alternative to fast food fries, and taste even better!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 medium Potatoes (skin on)
    Packet of Onion Soup Mix
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

Cut potatoes (skin on) up into steak fries, toss them in a bag wih onion soup mix and a little water. Spray your cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray, lay the fries out and spray the tops with more olive oil spray. Bake in the oven 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Vitually no fat, and the little there is is GOOD for you. Tons of flavor. Add some low sodium ketchup, and it beats McD's to all heck!

Makes about 3 nice size servings.
